Freds or Berties

Depending on which your camp you're in, these are either fondly known as Freds or Berties; either way they are actually known as Basset Hounds.

Last weekend I had the chance to pop up to Crawley and meet 3 lovely dogs (plus their lovely owners too), this fantastic opportunity was arranged with the help of the Sussex and Kent Basset owners Facebook page.

We had a lovely walk around the local park, the dogs running around the fields, then exploring the streams and woods.

Of course you can't rush around all day....

Time to explore the woods...always something to sniff out....

And of course they needed a drink.

And to finish, there's always time to show off your party-piece.
