A recent trip to Howletts 1
Recently I visited Howletts wild animal park in Kent, this has a fantastic range of species and I always enjoy my time there. Managed to get some great shots, so thought I'd share a few with you.
After starting with this rather posing Barbary lion, which is always nice to get, we then headed towards one of the most charismatic species they have, the group of Red River Hogs.
Howletts house a wide selection of primates, one of these being the Sulawesi Black Macaque.
One of the grumpiest residents, not always the easiest to see, are the Pallas Cats, so getting nice shots of them is always rewarding.
And to finish this post, a nice shot of a European Grey Wolf enjoying the sunshine.
Hope you enjoyed these shots, more to follow soon....
